Real estate values rise and fall in cycles. Currently home
prices are nearing a top in many areas.
Skyrocketing housing prices in California are prompting nearly a
quarter of the residents to seriously consider moving to areas
with more affordable housing.
California had the nation's third fastest rate of home price
appreciation last year, behind Nevada and Hawaii.
Prices climbed more than 18 percent compared to the previous

Watching movies can be one of the most comfortable experiences
in the world. Imagine sitting comfortably in your couch next to
someone you really love, both of you just enjoying a really
good, Oscar type movie. You know... the ones where you just

Divx Movies
Everyone in the Online Movie world is talking about DivX Movies,
you may have heard of this term before, but what does it really

"closing" that can drive you crazy. You know the excuses. They
want to shop around a bit longer, they're not sure they can

prospects at a higher rate, and thereby speed growth and
increase revenues.
One sure fired way to ...

Movie moments are nice things to share with the people you care
about. Most of those shared moments consist of 'Remember that
one part when the guy with the thing'' and before they can
finish you're interjecting with your own vague, 'Oh totally, I
love that part!' But occasionally this process extends beyond an
inner circle and goes global in its reach. This is where a
perfectly fine movie goes to the realm of annoying, because of
our need to repeat the catchy lines contained within them. ...

I know at first glance this sounds obvious, but it may be worth
it for you to think about your prices. At least just for a
moment.
How did you decide on your current pricing? Did you conduct
market research to understand what prospects would pay? Or did
you compare yourself to your competitors and base your price on
that? Or was it a crapshoot, and random shot in the dark?
These are the ways most people do it, and they are all wrong.
Because the price you set for your products and services is ...

In the first part of this series we looked at the effect prices

do so now. (http://www.paullemberg.com/higher-part1.html)
By now you may be asking yourself, "What should my prices be?"
Before you go start changing prices, you need to clarify a ...
